Knock on Double Wood is a seriously smooth 10.5% ABV Imperial stout brewed with a well balanced hand of malts including roasted barley, white wheat, midnight wheat, and dark chocolate malt. We then rested this rich stout in French Oak with a tasteful amount of creamy Madagascan vanilla beans and cacao before transferring it for a final 8 month rest in freshly emptied Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels.
